From 1-to-1 coaching and community programmes to our flagship School of Football partnerships, we aim to create an environment where every player is treated as an individual project - with care, challenge and high standards.
As we grow, we're looking to appoint a Head of Coaching to our senior leadership team. This role will provide direct coaching delivery, oversee the development of our coaching staff, and ensure quality, consistency and progression across our full coaching provision.

This is a varied and rewarding role for an experienced coach who thrives in a leadership position and wants to play a meaningful part in shaping a youth development environment. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality football sessions including 1-to-1s, small groups and team sessions.
- Lead our School of Football programmes.
- Work closely with young players aged 6-18, across a range of contexts including mainstream, ASN and disengaged pupils.
- Oversee the development and performance of our coaching team.
- Deliver mentoring, on-field , and regular to ensure a consistent, high-quality player experience.
- the recruitment and onboarding of new staff alongside the Director.
- Collaborate with the Operations Lead to manage rotas and scheduling.
- Formalise and evolve our coaching curriculums and long-term development frameworks.
- Ensure sessions across the organisation reflect our philosophy, standards and developmental goals.
- Uphold a strong culture of care, professionalism and attention to detail in all sessions delivered under the ProScore banner.

- Proven experience coaching young players across multiple age groups.

- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Available to work a varied schedule including evenings and school hours.

- UEFA C Licence or Children's Licence (or working towards).
- Experience delivering or leading school-based coaching programmes.
- Knowledge of curriculum design and player development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
